Our model, which is based on an hourly fixed rate enables us to be a neutral intermediary between our clients and candidates.

Our company was established in 2009 by Robert Groeneweg and we became one of the leading and fastest growing Executive Search companies in Croatia and the region of South East Europe due to our innovative business model, which is based on flexibility, transparency and confidentiality.

New Europe Resourcing was founded with the aim to promote innovation and improve value at a reasonable price in a rather conservative business segment of Executive Search and Research. Our belief is that by changing some of the outdated industry rules we are better able to partner our clients with our candidates and thus provide true value.
