What information do we collect?
In order to provide high quality delivery of our services, i.e. finding appropriate executives, we collect data about potential candidates such as name, surname, job title, current and past employees, work experience, skills, education, qualifications, place of work and contact details such as e-mail address and phone and similar data such as additional information from your resume.
How do we collect your personal information?
New Europe Resourcing collects personal information directly from data subjects, for example through the submission of the resume, by registration to GatedTalent etc., from publicly available sources or from third parties. You have the right to be informed about the identity of the source and nature of data collected that relate to you.
What will we do with your personal information?
We will hold your personal data to be able to place you to the most suitable position according to your background and experience. We may use your personal information to contact you to discuss the opportunity.
Who will we share your personal information with?
We will only make your personal information visible to the organisations we are working with when you are put forward for an opportunity. In this respect, we may share your personal information such as name, surname, job title and employer’s name and the rest of the information about you as well as your CV. We share your personal information with our clients only in the agreement with you.
How long do we hold it for?
If you register into our database through the platform GatedTalent (to register click HERE), we will hold your data until you revoke consent for us to do so. Otherwise, we will retain your personal information for the period necessary for the purpose for which they are collected, i.e. for the future recruitment purposes, in line with the provisions of relevant laws.
New Europe Resourcing has security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of personal information about Site visitors which is under our control. Unfortunately, however, no security system, or system of transmitting personal information over the Internet, can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee that personal information transmitted between your computer and ours will be entirely secure.
